Transportation

Hardisty K-9 School is served by a variety of local Edmonton Transit buses including school specials. We also have busing available for our Logos students and special needs students.

Additionally parents drive, walk and bike with their children to our school. As of the fall of 2013 we now have a new Dropzone that we ask all parents to use if they are driving their child(ren) to school. Located at the south east corner of the school, this is quite simply, the safest location to allow students to disembark from your vehicles. Please observe all signage and parking patrol personnel in and around Hardisty K-9 School.

Calling all First Riders!

All K–6 students taking the bus for the first time are invited to the Edmonton Expo Centre on Thursday, August 22 for the 16th annual First Riders event. This free event is a unique hands-on opportunity for you and your child to get familiar with riding the bus before the school year begins.

Grade 7 students new to Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) and families wanting a refresher are welcome too.

Afternoon sessions run every half hour, from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Evening sessions run every half hour, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
